The price is per day and varies according to the season.

For a long-term rental, do not hesitate to contact us for a more advantageous offer.

Final cleaning is not included in the price. Payment is made upon arrival and in cash.

For an apartment it is 75 €  and for a villa 170 €.

The price includes a consumption of 100KWh per week for an apartment and 150KWh for a villa.

All extra costs € 0.35 / Kwh. (Actual price, that may be adjusted. This is to avoid to air condition all Spain!)

For monthly rentals, the actual  consumption of water, gas and electricity will be charged.

Cancellations are possible up to 30 days before arrival and will be reimbursed in full, minus 100€  for administration fees.
